I've created an idea to use breadcrumbs to make banana fritters and yes... very nice & crunchy! However, I had limited breadcrumbs leftover so the breadcrumbs is not thick enough. Will be nicer with a lot more..... Nevertheless, kruuup-kruup-krup....hehehe. It is raining out there at the moment and so nice to have banana fritters & a cup of coffee....

INGREDIENTS:
Bananas - sliced
2 spoon Rice flour
1 spoon Plain Flour
1 pinch Salt
Water
Breadcrumbs
METHOD:
1. Mix flour, water & salt to produce thick runny batter.
2. Dip banana slices in batter & roll on breadcrumbs.
3. Deep fry until coating is crunchy.
4. Drain excess oil on kitchen paper & serve hot.

ReplyDeletealong, sedapnya goreng pisang along tuh...tambah2 lak ade breadcrumbs..lagila syok krup krap... mie xde stok pisang nih, kna tgg ada stokla baru leh buat... mie krup krap biskut koko rangup je ptg tadi,hehhehe....

ReplyDeletegood idea...i nak try nanti...but the problem is pisang kat sini x sesuai buat goreng pisang...pisang dia besar tp bila goreng jadi lembik and serap minyak....buat cekodok okay...but it's okay i'll give a try....maybe bila salut dgn breadcrumbs tu jd sedap...aduh teringin nye nak makan pisang tanduk...my fav!
