Long Beans & Bean Sprouts Masak Lemak

 I have not been cooking vegetables in creamy gravy for long time and no concern for cholesterol level because I used skimmed santan. I guess no recipe needed as this is the easiest recipe in the world. Place some santan in a pot/wok, add in sliced chili, onion, garlic, anchovies, long beans & salt. Once boiled, off the heat & add in bean sprout ----> ready! So easy, isn't it?
Ini masakan Melayu kampung yg biasa2 jer... Kot2 ada yg nak tahu, bubuh santan ke dlm periuk/kuali, masukkan cili, bwg merah/putih, ikan bilis, garam & kcg panjang. Bila menggelegak, tutup api & masukkan taugeh. Hidangkan segera ------> mudah kan!
