This is one of my favourite kuih since I was small.... love every bite of it!

INGREDIENTS:
200g Green Bean Flour (ground roasted bean)
150g Sugar
80g Palm Sugar
750ml Think Coconut Milk
250ml Thick Coconut Milk
250ml Thick Coconut Milk - cook until become brown crumbs called "Tahi Minyak"
1 tsp Browning
METHOD:
1. Mix all ingredients & cook until thicken & shiny.
2. Pour into tin & let it cool.
3. Sprinkle Tahi Minyak on top.
4. Slice & serve.
Alhamdulillah, dapat juga makan kuih kegemaran di bulan puasa ni.... Ada tepung kacang hijau dah lama dah, pemberian seorang kawan dari Semenanjung - kata nya emak nya buat sendiri tepung kacang tu. Dah lama tak berhubung dengan nya, terputus pula hubungan. Di harap ia sihat & gembira selalu.

BAHAN2:
200g Tepung Kacang Hijau
150g Gula
80g Gula Merah
750ml Santan Cair
250ml Santan Pekat
250ml Santan Pekat - jadikan tahi minyak
1 st Browning - Along tambah
CARA2:
1. Gaulkan semua bahan dan masakkan sehingga adunan pekat dan berkilat.
2. Tuangkan adunan ini dalam loyang dan sejukkan.
3. Taburkan tahi minyak keatas kuih.
4. Potong kuih dan hidangkan.
UPDATE:
TAHI MINYAK
Atas permintaan, di sini Along terangkan cara2 nak buat tahi minyak dgn lebih terperinci. Harap dapat membantu.
1. Masukkan santan ke dalam periuk & masak dgn api sedehana kecil sehingga menggelegak.
Kacau selalu supaya santan tidak berketul2.
2. Masak sehingga terbit minyak & ini mengambil masa bergantung byk mana santan yg di gunakan.
3. Masak lagi sehingga santan yg timbul tu bertukar warna keperangan.
Angkat & tapis minyak nya & ambil tahi minyak nya sahaja.

Kuih ni dah jd peberet sue jg kak. Dulu sue tak suka, tp bila dah rasa..sedap rupanya. Lagi2 kalau tahi minyak dia tu banyak..Lagi sedap.
Tp setakat ni belum pernah buat lagi..beli saja. heee
