This is a must menu in every Ramadhan in Sarawak. They are also sold in Ramadhan bazaar but of course home-made is much better.

BAHASA MALAYSIA VERSION
Bulan puasa tak sah kat sini kalau tak makan Bubur Pedas. Along buat ni minggu lepas & also kasi kat kawan2 Semenanjung yg baru datang ke Sarawak untuk memperkenalkan keistimewaan makanan Sarawak. Walaupun first time makan, they all like it very much.
Resepi boleh rujuk kat menu sebelum ni kat sini.

ReplyDeleteLamanya x mkn bubur pedas ni. Dlu masa kak long sue ddk kat serawak, bila dia blik ja dia bwk bubur pedas ni dan bwt tuk kami. Sedap tau. But now x pnh dah dpt mkn lg bubur ni.
Lmk sik mkn bubur pedas....nk semangkok...:-)...tggu bln 9 tok baruk lh dpt mkn kli...hihi...
