Cut and ready to be boiled |
I made half batch into spaghetti and the remaining as tagliatelle.... Each portion is just nice for table of three here.

Yields ~1 kg pasta
INGREDIENTS:
2 Eggs* - lightly beaten with fork
1 bunch Spinach* - blend (* mix and measure 190ml)
500g Flour
1 tbsp Olive Oil
METHOD:
1. Mix all ingredients and knead until smooth.
The dough should be very firm.
2. Divide the dough into 5 balls and roll each flat before cutting with pasta machine.
3. Boil water + salt + olive oil.
Boil spaghetti/tagliatelle about 5 minutes until al dente.
Strain excess water and mix with 1 tbsp olive oil to prevent sticking.
4. Serve with your favourite sauce.

Teringin lak nak makan spaghetti iftar ni... asyik makan nasi pun jemu gak... Terliur tengok Lina Thomas buat hari tu... ngancam betul spaghetti yg Lina buat dgn warna hijau gelap...
Along buat pucat sedikit tapi next time boleh tambah spinach banyak2... Puas jati buat sendiri... bukan sahaja jimat kos tapi puas makan hasil tangan sendiri..... Resipi bawah ni cukup untuk dua kali hidangan di rumah ni, jadi Along buat separuh spaghetti dan separuh lagi tagliatelle.

Hasil: ~1 kg pasta
BAHAN2:
2 biji Telur* - pukul dgn garfu
1 ikat Sayur Spinach* - blend (* Campur = 190ml)
500g Tepung Gandum
1 sb Olive Oil (Along tambah)
CARA2:
1. Gaul kesemua bahan2 & uli sehingga rata.
Adunan doh ni mmg keras, jangan tambah air supaya pasta anda kenyal.
2. Bahagikan doh kepada 5 ketul dan leperkan.
Leperkan dgn mesin mee (Along guna tahap 3) dan selepas tu potong dgn mesin mee.
3. Didihkan air + garam sikit + olive oil.
Rebus spaghetti/tagliatelle selama 5 minit sehingga ala dente, tapis.
4. Lumurkan dgn 1 sb olive oil supaya tak melekat.
5. Siap untuk di hidangkan dgn sos kegemaran anda.
