Does anyone know this type of fish? I don't know what it is called other than the local name above. I only learn about this fish in Sarawak, introduced by my hubby. It has a lot of fine bones in the flesh and therefore you need to slice it through the flesh like what I did in the photo above (the fish at the top). After deep fried it turns out to be crispy & no sign of the fine bones. My children love it because the 'sweet' taste & the flesh is crispy.

ReplyDeleteTau tau, tapi kita biasa jumpa warna perak...bukan oren..memang banyak tulang. Tapi, goreng ngan masak singang sedap...Tapi baik-baik...bahaya...berapa banyak tapi daaa...
