Baung Salai Masak Lemak Cili Hijau

 Found very fresh Ikan Baung from the open market and grabbed it right away.... only later when served I discovered that my hubby does not consume this kind of river fish. I thought only cat fish is the problem but he said he cannot swallow anything look as such.... what a pity.

The fish tastes sweet since they are very fresh and I like it very much cooked it this way.
 I'm too sleepy to type more right now.... guess no one needs the recipe anyway....
Quite small size.....
I open-grilled the fish before cooking to obtain better aroma & taste

  4. Along, kalau ikan yg disalai buat masak lemak cili mmg sedap. Kalau di kg Naz, ikan kelilah yg selalu kita org salai dan buat masak lemak cili api..

  6. sedapnya kak..saya memang tak tahan tengok gulai lemak..hehehhe

    itu rupanya ikan baung..memang tak pernah makan...kalau gi pasar pun tak tentu boleh tau apa nama ikan ni..hehehe

  8. Assalam Along cayangg....uiikss Along makan ikan baung yea...igt x makan ikan sungai...hehhee. Nampak sedap pulak bila disalai dulu baru masak gulai kan, xdalah berminyak sgt eh...lemak2 ikan tu dah di bakar..hehe
