Found very fresh Ikan Baung from the open market and grabbed it right away.... only later when served I discovered that my hubby does not consume this kind of river fish. I thought only cat fish is the problem but he said he cannot swallow anything look as such.... what a pity.
The fish tastes sweet since they are very fresh and I like it very much cooked it this way.
I'm too sleepy to type more right now.... guess no one needs the recipe anyway....

Along, kalau ikan yg disalai buat masak lemak cili mmg sedap. Kalau di kg Naz, ikan kelilah yg selalu kita org salai dan buat masak lemak cili api..
