Not sure what the name of the mushroom.... it was a gift from sis Marina when she visited Miri last week. It kept well in fridge - just wrap with newspaper - leaving in a plastic bag will make it soggy. I stir fried it with garlic and basil leaves and it was crispy and delicious! Thanks so much sis Marina for your kind thought!

INGREDIENTS:
1 bunch Mushroom (like the above photo)
3 cloves Garlic - chopped
1 Red Chili - sliced
1 tsp Nampla / Fish Sauce
Basil Leaves
Salt
METHOD:
1. Heat up few tbsp oil & stir-fry garlic & sliced chili until fragrant.
Add in rest of ingredients, few tbsp water and stir until mushroom is cooked.
2. Serve immediately with rice and other dishes.... nyummy!

Tak tau pula apa nama cendawan halus ni... sedap nya Along masak goreng simple macam ni, diharumkan dgn daun selasih & bwg putih, rangup lah cendawan ni. TQ so much sis Marina yg hadiahkan pada Along waktu dia datang ke Miri minggu lepas.

1 ikat Cendawan halus spt gambar di atas
3 ulas Bwg putih - cincang
1 bj Cili Merah - hiris
1 st Nampla / Sos Ikan
Daun Selasih
Garam
CARA2:
1. Panasakan sedikit minyak & tumis bwg putih & cili sehingga garing.
Masukkan kesemua bahan2 yg lain, sedikit air & kacau sehingga cendawan masak.
2. Hidangkan segera dgn nasi putih & lauk lain.
