Fried Kurma Chicken

Tekak ku rasa nya kepingin nak makan something kelainan, tak nak kuah2 tapi ada flavour yg sedap gitu.... isyk ikut je selera ni... taraaa... ini lah jadi nya... sedap you...!

INGREDIENTS:
8 pieces Chicken
1-2 Potato - cut wedges
1 Tomato - diced
4 tbsp Kurma powder - mix with some water
1 tbsp Kerisik
3 Shallots*
2 cloves Garlic*
1" Ginger*
1 Green Chilli* (*blender)
1 Big Onion - sliced thinly
1 Kasturi Lime
Salt & MSG

METHOD:
1. Rub chicken with salt & turmeric powder & deep fry.
Deep fry potato wedges until cooked.

2. Heat up oil & fry sliced onions until golden & dish up.
Stir fry the blended ingredients until fragrant.
Add in Kurma paste & stir until fragrant.
Add in Kerisk, chicken, potato, tomato & fried onions.
Stir until well mixed.

3. Dish up & serve with rice.

    ur FKC seems tasty. i prefer dry type of food.
    may i knw wht kind of kurma powder u used? is it frm those instand type?

    You can buy kurma powder from any shops or supermkt.
