My rice porridge recipe:
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup rice - washed
4 cups water
1 Shallots*
1 Garlic* (*pounded)
1/2 inch Ginger - bruised
1/2 Chicken Cube
Pandan leaf - knotted
Salt
METHOD:
1. Place all ingredients in a rice cooker & set "porridge" cooking.
2. Once cooked, serve with Sambal Ketuk, fried onions, salted egg, soya sauce, etc of your choice.
Sambal ketuk tu memang sedap ye along..kite pon ritu dua hari berturut2 bergetuk...heheh
