Ginger Chicken in Oyster Sauce

Whole family favourite..... I may have posted this earlier but as usual daily dishes need not refer to any recipe, just throw into the wok whatever I feel like having.... hence similar recipe may not have  identical ingredients or method.

Source: HomeKreation
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 Chicken - cut to small pieces
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
Two Red Chilies*
3 cloves Garlic* (* pounded)
2" Ginger - slice like match stick shape
1 Big Onion - sliced
1 Green Capcicum - sliced
1 Tomato - cut
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
3 tbsp Oyster Sauce

METHOD:
1. Rub chicken with turmeric powder & a bit of salt.
Shallow fry in non-stick wok until just cooked (I want the chicken to be juicy not tough).
Dish up.

2. Reduce the oil to few tbsp & stir fry the pounded ingredients until fragrant.
Add in onions & ginger & stir for 1-2 minutes.
Add in fried chicken & the rest of the ingredients.
Dish up & serve hot.
