This simple to make dish is delicious....
INGREDIENTS:
2-3 Brinjal - slice lengthwise
2 Red Chillies*
3 Shallots*
1 Garlic*
2 tbsp Dried Shrimps* (* Pounded)
Salt
METHOD:
1. Fry brinjals in a shallow oil until golden in color.
Place brinjal in a serving plate.
2. Heat up 2 tbsp oil & fry pounded ingredients & salt until fragrant.
Sprinkle on top of the fried brinjals.
