Brinjal with Thai Basil

More menu with Thai Basil herewith since Charlie has brought some more for me.... love all dishes with it. The more you put the Thai Basil, the more fragrant it is!

3 Big Round Brinjals - cubed
5 cloves Garlic*
10 Bird-eye Chilies*
1 Green Chili* (* minced)
1 tbsp Fish Sauce
1/2 Chicken Cube
A bunch of Thai Basil leaves

1. Heat up few tbsp Oil & fry the minced ingredeints until brown.
2. Add in chicken cube, brinjal, fish sauce & salt. Stir well.
3. Add in a bit of water  cook until brinjal is cooked.
4. Add in Thai Basil leaves & stir another 1-2 minutes.
5. Serve with white rice.
